神经内科加强危重病人基础护理管理的效果评价

目的探讨加强危重病人基础护理管理的实践效果。方法统一思想，明确危重病人基础护理工作的目的及意义；制定岗位职责及基础护理工作流程；实行质量控制，完善基础护理质量控制组织结构，成立护士长——基础护理质控员——责任护士3级质控网，制定基础护理质量标准，以“现场控制”和“反馈控制”为主，查质量控制关键点。结果加强危重病人基础护理管理实践前后病人发生的并发症（如口腔感染、呼吸道感染、泌尿系感染等），分别经X^2检验，均有显著性差异，P〈0．05。实践前后病人满意度经X^2检验，P〈0．01，有显著性差异。说明加强危重病人基础护理管理后，降低了病人的并发症，提高了病人满意度。结论加强危重病人基础护理管理的实践后提高了危重病人基础护理质量，提高了护理人员的主动服务意识，提高了病人的满意度，促进护理学科的发展。

The evaluation of basic nursing management of critical patients in neurological department

Objective To probe into the practical effect of enhancing basic nursing management of critical patients. Methods They employed such measures as specifying the purpose and significance of basic nursing management of critical patients, regulation of position duties and flowchart of nursing work, performance of quality control, completion of organization structure for quality control, establishment of tertiary control of head nurse-nurse for quality control of basic nursing- nurse in duty, regulation of standards for basic nursing and above all check of key points for quality control based on "on-the-spot control" and "feedback control". Results There were significant differences in view of complications like oral infection, and infections in respiratory and urinary systems before and after intensifying basic nursing by x2 test statistically (P<0.05) and so it was with the comfort level of patients (P< 0.01). Conclusion Enhanced nursing management of critical patients is effective in raising the basic nursing quality, active awareness of service of nurses and the comfort degree of patients, thus promoting the development of nursing.
