| 摘 要： | 目的观察尼莫地平改善老年痴呆患者的记忆功能。方法将120例老年痴呆患者分成对照组及尼莫地平治疗组,应用临床记忆量表,测查两组治疗6个月前后记忆商(MQ)。结果尼莫地平治疗组6个月前后记忆商有显著改善(63.1±2.10):(88.5±2.16)](P<0.01),C对照组6个月前后MQ比(64.7±2.02):(65.32±2.50)](P>0.05)。结论尼莫地平能够改善老年痴呆患者的记忆功能。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of Nimidipine on improving the memory of patients with senile dementia. Methods 120 cases of senile dementia were divided into 2 groups: nimidipine group (treated with nimidipine) and control group. Before treatment, all patients' memory quotient (MQ) was measured with Clinical Memory Scale, and it was measured again after 6 months treatment. Results After treatment, the patients' MQ in nimidipine group improved significantly (P<0.01). But in control group, the patients' MQ improved little (P>0.05). Conclusions Nimodipine can improve the memory of patients with senile dementia. |
