内容该《模式》致力于健康管理循环的不断运行,促进健康;健康管理循环紧紧围绕预防控制当今最主要的、因果关系清楚的、可变、可防、可治的健康危险因素。效果以发现健康危险因素为目的,改进健康检查,精选、规范了体检的内容,提高了慢性病健康危险因素的检出效率和成本效益。抓住不良生活行为方式、代谢紊乱现象和心脑血管疾病的危险,应用国人的数据和预测模型,进行个体和群体的健康危险因素评价。制定慢性生活方式疾病《健康促进诊疗管理规范》,落实饮食运动量化管理、有效运动、能量平衡等非药物治疗。在社区和体检中心建立健康促进诊疗管理平台,实现了战略前移,重心下沉,防治结合,医患互动,不同程度地降低了医疗费用,缓解了看病难、看病贵的问题。呼吁政策系统也要实现战略前移,重心下沉。
