| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨鼻内镜在诊治鼻出血中的价值及作用。方法：116例鼻出血患者中，52例常规前鼻镜检查不能明确病灶并顽固性鼻出血，使用鼻内镜检查并治疗。结果：46例1次治愈，6例次日有出血经再次治疗而愈。结论：本法操作简便、视野清晰、安全有效、患者痛苦少。找到出血部位的患者治疗有效率为100％，提高了常规治疗鼻出血的效果。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the value of nasal endoscope in diagnosis and treatment for epistaxis.Method: Among the 116 cases of epistaxis, nasal endoscope was used in diagnosis and treatment of 52 cases of epistaxis.Result: 52 cases were diagnosed correctly and treated under nasal endoscope. Conclusion:Nasal endoscope is a safe and effective instrument in diagnosis and treatment of epistaxis. |
