天麻钩藤饮结合穴位埋线治疗1级高血压病降压时间的临床研究

摘    要:目的 评价天麻钩藤饮配合穴位埋线治疗1级高血压病肝阳上亢型患者降压时间的临床研究.方法 将80例患者用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各40例.对照组行天麻钩藤饮中药汤剂常规治疗,治疗组在天麻钩藤饮汤剂常规治疗基础上,在太冲穴、太溪穴、肝俞穴、肾俞穴同时进行埋线,记录治疗前与治疗后1、2、3、4周的血压情况,包括降压率,降压幅度,发生时间等.结果 2组患者治疗后血压均较治疗前明显下降,治疗组患者经治疗后总有效率为75.00%,对照组为61.54%,治疗组治疗效果明显优于对照组,P<0.05.综合治疗组在降压时间上,无论是收缩压或是舒张压,均优于对照组,P<0.05.结论 天麻钩藤饮结合穴位埋线治疗肝阳上亢型高血压降压效果明显,降压迅速,且未发现明显不良反应.

Clinical research of Gastrodia and Uncaria decoction with acupoint catgut-embedding therapy for grade 1 hypertension
Abstract:Objective To evaluate clinical research of Gastrodia and Uncaria decoction and acupoint catgut-embedding therapy for grade 1 hypertension. Methods To divide 80 patients into group A and group B randomly (40 patients each group). For group A, they were treated with Gastrodia and Uncaria decoction for conventional therapy. For group B, on the basis of group A, they were treated with catgut-embedding on LR 3, KI 3, BL18 and BL 23 acupoint. The blood pressure before treatment and 1、2、3 and 4 weeks after treatment, including depressurization rate, degree and time were detected. Results Patients' blood pressure in both two groups have decreased obviously. After treatment, comprehensive treatment group' s effective treatment is 75.00%, while Chinese medicine group is 61.54%. The effect of comprehensive treatment is much better than Chinese medicine group,P<0.05. Comprehensive treatment' s depressurization time (both systolic pressure and diastolic pressure) is shorter than Chinese medicine group, P <0.05. Conclusion Gastrodia and Uncaria decoction and acupoint catgut-embedding therapy has a good effect on hyperactivity of liver-yang, it' s fast and there' s no side-effect. So it is worth to be used in clinical research.
