气滞痛经汤治疗原发性痛经

目的 观察王昕教授拟气滞痛经汤治疗气滞血瘀型原发性痛经的临床疗效.方法 选取气滞血瘀型痛经患者60例,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各30例.治疗组给予气滞痛经汤水煎服治疗,对照组给予布洛芬缓释胶囊口服治疗,均持续治疗3个月,观察2组治疗效果.结果 2组药物安全性良好,均未出现不良反应.治疗组总有效率90.00%,对照组总有效率66.67%.2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗组痛经评分(5.35±2.24)分,明显低于对照组的(9.30±3.42)分,2组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 气滞痛经汤能明显缓解患者腹痛症状,且用药未出现明显不良反应.

Clinical observation of Qi stagnation dysmenorrheal decoction in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea

Objective To investigate the effect of Qi stagnation dysmenorrheal decoction created by Professor WANG Xin in the treatment of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type primary dysmenorrhea. Methods 60 cases of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type primary dysmenorrheal patients, were randomly divided into two groups, each group of 30 cases. The control group were given Qi stagnation dysmenorrheal decoction. The observation group used Ibuprofen Sustained-Release capsules. Results The total effective rate of control group was 90.00%, and the observation group was 66.67%. The total effective rate of the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05), Two groups of dysmenorrhea score shows control group dysmenorrhea score (5.35±2.24) significantly lower than the observation group (9.30±3.42) points, two groups was statistically difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion Qi stagnation dysmenorrheal decoction curative effect is better than that of Ibuprofen Sustained-Release capsules, has clinical and practical value.
