中医护理干预对人工髋关节置换术后患者髋关节疼痛及功能活动的影响

目的 探讨中医护理干预对髋关节置换术后患者髋关节疼痛及功能活动恢复的影响.方法 选择2016年1月-12月我院收治的行髋关节置换术患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例.对照组给予骨科常规护理及功能锻炼指导,观察组在骨科常规护理及功能锻炼指导的基础上给予中医护理干预,比较2组疼痛评分、护理依从性、髋关节功能评分及不良反应发生率等.结果 观察组第5天VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理依从性为96.67%,明显优于对照组的86.66%(P<0.05);观察组术后第14天、第4周的患髋关节功能评分(Harris评分)明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组及对照组均无不良反应发生.结论 对髋关节置换术后患者实施中医护理干预,可明显减轻术后换髋关节疼痛,提高患者的换髋关节功能评分及护理依从性,无不良反应发生.

Effect of TCM individualized rehabilitation nursing intervention on hip joint pain and functional activity in patients after hip arthroplasty

Objective To discuss the effect of TCM individualized rehabilitation nursing intervention on hip joint pain and functional activity in patients after hip arthroplasty. Methods 60 cases of hip arthroplasty patients in our hospital from 2016 January to December were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing and functional exercise guidance of orthopedics. On the basis of control group, observation group was given TCM individualized rehabilitation nursing intervention. The pain score, nursing compliance, hip function score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the 2 groups. Results VAS score of patients in observation group on the fifth day after the intervention was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Nursing compliance 96.67% in the observation group after the intervention was significantly superior to that in the control group 86.66%, (P < 0.05). The scoring of hip-joint function (Harris hip score) of patients in observation group on the fourteenth day and the forth week after surgery was significantly superior than that in the control group, (P < 0.05). No adverse reactions occurred in the observation group and the control group. Conclusion After the hip arthroplasty, the implementation of TCM nursing intervention can significantly reduce postoperative hip pain, improve hip function score and nursing compliance, and no adverse reactions.
