传统急救模式与一体化急救模式在严重创伤患者中的临床价值对比

目的:对比分析一体化急救模式与传统急救模式在严重创伤患者救治工作中的效果。方法:选取接受一体化急救模式治疗的168例严重创伤患者作为观察组,147例接受传统急救模式治疗的严重创伤患者作为对照组。比较两组患者住院时间、有效救治时间、救治效果、家属满意度评分及并发症发生率。结果:观察组患者的住院时间、有效急救时间及并发症发生率明显低于对照组,救治成功率及家属满意度评分均明显高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:一体化急救模式在严重创伤患者中的救治效果明显优于传统急救模式,临床价值突出,值得推广。

Comparison on the clinical value of traditional emergency model and integrated emergency model in the patients with severe trauma

Objective:To compare and analyze the clinical efficacy of traditional emergency model and integrated emergency model in the patients with severe trauma.Methods:168 patients with severe trauma treated with integrated emergency model were chosen as the observe group,147 patients with severe trauma received traditional emergency model were chosen as the control group.The length of stay,the effective treatment time,the treatment efficacy,the family satisfaction and the complication rates in two groups were compared.Results:The length of stay,the effective treatment time and the complication rate in observe group were obviously lower than those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).The successful rate of treatment and the family satisfaction score in observe group were obviously higher than those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The treatment effect of integrated emergency model in treating the patients with severe trauma is better than that of traditional emergency model.The clinical value of integrated emergency model is obvious,which is worth promoting.
