急诊快捷护理流程在急性脑卒中患者抢救中的应用

摘    要:目的:探讨急诊快捷护理流程在急性脑卒中患者抢救中的应用价值。方法:选取急性脑卒中患者117例为观察组,实施快捷护理流程进行急救;另选不同期收治的急性脑卒中患者110例为对照组,根据常规急救护理流程进行急救,比较两组接诊至确诊时间、确诊至专科治疗时间,以及两组抢救效果。结果:与对照组比较,观察组患者接诊至确诊时间、确诊至专科治疗时间明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组致残率和死亡率分别为13.68%、5.13%,对照组分别为24.55%、12.73%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对急性脑卒中患者实施急诊快捷护理流程可有效缩短救治时间,降低致残率和死亡率。

Application of emergency quick nursing procedures in rescue of patients with acute cerebral stroke
Abstract:Objective:To explore the application value of emergency quick nursing procedures in the rescue of patients with acute cerebral stroke.Methods:A total of 117 patients with acute cerebral stroke were selected as observation group and rescued using emergency quick nursing procedures,while another 110 patients with acute cerebral stroke admitted in different period as control group and rescued based on routine emergency nursing procedures.The period from visit to diagnosis,and period from diagnosis to specific treatment,as well as the rescue efficacy were compared between two groups.Results:Compared with control group,observation group was evidently shorter in the period from visit to diagnosis,and period from diagnosis to specific treatment,and there were statistically significant (P < 0.01).The disability rate and mortality were 13.68% and 5.13% in observation group,notably lower than the 24.55% and 12.73% in control group,and there were statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Application of emergency quick nursing procedures can effectively shorten the rescue time,and reduce the disability rate and mortality of patients with acute cerebral stroke.
