中药联合免疫抑制剂在重型再生障碍性贫血中的应用

目的:探讨中药联合免疫抑制剂在重型再生障碍性贫血(severe aplastic anemia,SAA)中的应用效果。方法:将31例SAA患者随机分为对照组(n=15)与观察组(n=16)。对照组给予免疫抑制剂治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予中药方剂治疗。治疗后6个月,观察两组的临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组外周血液淋巴细胞亚群比例均恢复至正常水平,且观察组恢复程度优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血液中的IFN-γmRNA和IL-4 mRNA相对表达量明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低幅度大于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组骨髓增生较前活跃,且观察组更为明显。结论:中药联合免疫抑制剂应用于SAA患者的临床效果好,外周血象恢复快,值得临床合理选用。

Application of TCM combined with immunosuppressor in the treatment of SAA

Objective:To explore the application efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) combined with immunosuppressor in the treatment of severe aplastic anemia (SAA).Methods:A total of 31 patients with SAA were randomly divided into control group (n =15) and observation group (n =16).Control group was treated with immunosuppressor,on which basis observation group was added with TCM formula.Clinical efficacy was observed in two groups after treatment for 6 months.Results:After treatment,the ratio of peripheral blood lymphocyte subgroups was recovered to normal level in both groups,which was improved more significantly in observation group than that in control group (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the relative expression levels of serum interferon-γ (IFN-γ)mRNA and interleukin-4 (IL-4) mRNA decreased in both groups (P ＜ 0.05),which decreased more significantly in observation group than that in control group (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,bone marrow proliferation was more active in both groups than before,which was more active in observation group.Conclusion:Application of TCM combined with immunosuppressor has better clinical efficacy and fast recovery of peripheral hemogram in the treatment of patients with SAA,thus deserving to be applied properly in clinic.
