| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨经皮气管切开术(percutaneous tracheostomy,PT)在临床上的应用价值。方法:回顾分析本院660例行气管切开术的患者资料,随机分为PT组和传统气管切开(open tracheostomy,OT)组,各330例。观察两组的切口大小、术中出血量、手术时间、切口愈合时间,并比较两组术中、术后并发症的发生率。结果:PT组的切口大小、术中出血量、手术时间、切口愈合时间均小于OT组,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。且PT组的术中、术后并发症发生率低于OT组,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:PT可以替代OT。

Comparison of clinical application between percutaneous tracheostomy and open tracheostomy |

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the application value of percutaneous tracheostomy for patients.Methods:660 patients with tracheostomy were randomly divided into percutaneous tracheostomy (PT) and open tracheostomy (OT),each group had 330 cases.The incision size,intraoperative blood loss,operative time,incision healing time and incidence of complications in the two groups were compared.Results:The incision size,intraoperative blood loss,operative time,incision healing time and incidence of complications of PT group were less than those of OT group with statistical difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:It's reasonable to widely use PT to replace OT. |
