腹立通膏联合穴位电针及贴敷治疗腹部术后胃肠功能障碍

目的 研究腹立通膏联合电针足三里、酒大黄外敷神阙治疗腹部术后胃肠功能障碍的临床疗效.方法 选取2014-2016年入院治疗的60例于急诊行阑尾切除术的患者,随机分成2组,各30例.治疗组采用常规西医治疗结合中医内外同治,即口服腹立通膏联合电针足三里、酒大黄外敷神阙的方法.对照组实施西医常规对症治疗方法,即禁食水、抗感染、营养支持、纠正酸碱及电解质失衡等.结果 治疗组胃肠功能恢复时间(肛门排气时间)明显早于对照组,P<0.05.结论 腹立通膏联合电针足三里、酒大黄外敷神阙治疗腹部术后胃肠功能障碍有效.

Fulitong ointment combined with electroacupuncture and sticking therapy in the treatment of postoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction

Objective To study the efficacy of Fulitong ointment combined with electroacupuncture on ST 36 and Wine rhubarb application therapy at CV8 in the treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction at postoperative phase. Methods 60 patients undergoing appendectomy from 2014 to 2016 were randomly divided into 2 groups, 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with comnventional western medicine combined with TCM internal and external treatment, oral Fulitong ointment combined with electroacupuncture on ST 36, Wine rhubarb applying on CV8 therapy. The control group received routine western medicine symptomatic treatment, that is, fasting water, anti infection, nutritional support, correction of acid-base and electrolyte imbalance. Results The recovery time of gastrointestinal function (anal exhaust time) in the treatment group was obviously earlier than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The efficacy of Fulitong ointment combined with electroacupuncture on ST 36 and Wine rhubarb application therapy at CV8 in the treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction at postoperative phase is distinct.
