| 摘 要： | 应用ＴＬＣ法对斑纹芦荟、库拉索芦荟、木立芦荟进行定性鉴别，并采用比色法对三种芦荟甙的含量进行比较，实验结果表明三种芦荟甙主要成分基本相同，芦荟甙含量以木立芦荟较高。

| Abstract: | The TLC method is used for the quatitative indentification of Aloe barbadensis Mill,Aloe Vera.L.var chinesis(Haw)Berg and Aloe arborescens Mill,and the contents of barbaloin are compared with colorimetric method.The result showes that the main ingredients of barbaloin in three kinds of Aloe are similar,while that in Aloe arborescens Mill is the highest. |
