右开胸手术治疗食管胸中上段癌临床研究

目的总结右开胸手术访式治疗中上段食管癌的方法和体会。方法右开胸，颈、胸、腹三切口治疗胸中上段食管癌。结果无围手术期死亡病例，术后吻合口瘘l例，经治疗后痊愈，喉返神经损伤2例．吻合口狭窄3例。无严重并发症发生，疗效理想。结论右开胸三野手术方式切除率高，淋巴结清除彻底，并发症少，是治疗胸中上段食管癌比较理想、安全的手术方式。

Clinical Study on Operation on Esophageal Carcinoma Through Opening Right Thoracy

Objective To evaluate the method and experience of three- field radical resection of esophagus carcinome with opening the right chest for middle and up segment esophagus. Methods 56 cases patients whose carcinoma lied in the middle and up segmend esophagus were operated through opening the right chest between the five and six rib, and the esophagus were cut sub -entirely and esophagus were replaced by stomach with neck anastomosis through esophagus bed. Results There were no dead patients in the perioperative period. There was 1 anastomosis fistula post - operation and resvered after cured. There were 2 recurrent laryngeal nerve injuried. And 3 patients whose anastomosis were narrow. There were no serious complication and the treatment was better. Concclusion The three - field radical resection of esophagus carcinoma with opening the right chest was a better, safe fitful method.
