肝素抗凝血浆用于急诊生化检验的研究

目的探讨肝素抗凝血浆用于急诊生化检验的可行性。方法采用日立7060型全自动生化分析仪，测定40例病人的血清和肝素抗凝血浆8项急诊生化指标。结果血清和血浆中钠、氯、钙、尿素、肌酐、二氧化碳的测定结果基本一致（P〉0．05），葡萄糖和钾存在差异（P〈0．05）。结论肝素抗凝血浆适合于检验上述8项急诊生化项目，可快速报告结果，但需要注意钾离子在血浆和血清中存在着恒定的浓度差，应该予以纠正。

Anti-hemoglutination of Heparin was Used Research in the Emergency Biochemistry Examination

Objective To investigate the feasibility of plasma heparin for emergency biochemical test. Methods Measure the serum and plasma heparin eight emergency biochemical indicators of 40 patients by Hitachi 7060 automatic biochemical analyzer. Results The result of serum and plasma sodium, chloride, calcium, urea, creatinine, carbon dioxide were the basical same(P>0.05), glucose and potassium were different conclusions (P<0.05). Conclusion Heparin plasma is suitable for testing the above eight emergency biochemical projects,it can be rapidly report the result.But the potassium ions in the plasma and serum exist a constant concentration of poor, it should be corrected.
