四神丸超微颗粒剂保留灌肠治疗中度溃疡性结肠炎脾肾阳虚证58例

目的观察四神丸超微配方颗粒保留灌肠治疗中度溃疡性结肠炎脾肾阳虚证的疗效。方法采用四神丸传统汤剂为对照,比较与四神丸超微颗粒剂保留灌肠两种方法对中度溃疡性结肠炎脾肾阳虚证中医症候积分、Sutherland疾病活动指数及副作用差异。结果两者均能明显提高治疗有效率、降低中医症候积分、控制疾病活动（P〈0.05）,四神丸微颗粒与传统汤剂疗效无差异。结论四神丸超微颗剂保留灌肠治疗中度溃疡性结肠炎脾肾阳虚证与传统汤剂无差别。

Effect of Four Miraculous Herbs Decoction Ultrafine Particle In Retention Enema on 58 Cases of Ulcerative Colitis with Yang Deficiency of Spleen and Kidney

Objective Toobserve the Four Miraculous Herbs Decoction ultra fine particle retention enema treatment of ulcerative colitis with yang deficiency of spleen and kidney.Methods Toobserve the differences of TCM Symptom scores,Sutherland disease activity index and side effects of Four Miraculous Herbs Decoction ultra fine particle retentionenema treatment of ulcerative colitis with yang deficiency of spleen and kidney compared with our Miraculous traditional Herbs Decoction.Results Both treatment can significantly improve efficiency,reduce TCM symptom scores,controlling disease activity（P〈0.05）,the effect between Four Miraculous Herbs Decoction ultra fine particle and traditional decoction was not different.Conclusion The effect on ulcerative colitis with yang deficiency of spleen and kidney between Four Miraculous Herbs Decoction ultra fine particle and traditional decoction was not different.
