加味补肾壮筋汤对膝骨关节炎氧自由基代谢的影响

摘    要:探讨加味补肾壮筋汤对家兔实验性膝骨关节炎关节软骨病理学和血液中SOD活性、LPO含量的影响.按Hulth法建立膝骨关节炎动物模型,并随机分为模型组、芬必得组和中药组.检测家兔血液中SOD活性和LPO含量,并在手术显微镜、光镜及扫描电镜下对关节软骨进行观察.结果中药组SOD活性较芬必得组和模型组高(P<0.05),LPO含量较芬必得组和模型组低(P<0.05).手术显微镜、光镜及扫描电镜下观察,中药组关节软骨退变程度较芬必得组和模型组轻.表明加味补肾壮筋汤具有抗脂质过氧化,提高抗氧化酶活性,保护软骨细胞免于自由基损害,延缓关节软骨退变,促进关节软骨修复的作用.

Abstract:The objective of the paper is to study the influence of modified "BUSHEN ZHUANGJIN TANG" (BZT, a TCD decoction for reinforcing the kidneys and strengthening the tendons) on the activities of SOD and LPO in the blood and on the articular cartilage pathology in knee osteoarthritis (KOA). Rabbit models of KOA were made and randomly divided into the modeled, Fenbid-treated and BZT-treated groups; the levels of SOD and LPO were measured and the articular cartilages were observed under surgical, optical, and scanning electronic microscopes. The results showed that the SOD activity of the BZT-treated group was higher but the LPO level was lower than the ones of the modeled and Fenbid-treated groups (P < 0.05); the articular cartilage degeneration in the BZT-treated group was milder than the ones in the other two groups through the observations under surgical, optical, and scanning electronic microscopes, suggesting that BZT functions to resist the lipin peroxidation, improve the antioxidase activity, protect the chondrocytes from the injury by the oxygen free radicals, delay the articular cartilage degeneration and promote the articular cartilage recovery.
