脑弥漫性轴索损伤的临床诊治

目的]探讨脑弥漫性轴索损伤(DAI)的临床诊断标准及治疗方法。方法]回顾分析44例DAI病人的临床资料和影像学特点。结果]保守治疗42例，死亡19例，植物生存6例，重度残疾7例，中度残疾5例，恢复良好5例。手术治疗2例，均死亡。结论]DAI的临床表现与影像学表现不相符，两者结合可以诊断DAI；治疗采用综合治疗。

The Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebral Diffuse Axonal Injury

To investigate the clinical diagnostic standard and treatment of cerebral diffuse axonal injury (DAI).The clinical materials and imaging display of 44 cases of DAI were analyzed retrospectively.The conservative treatment was carried out in 42 cases, 19 cases of them died,6 cases with subcortical survival ,7cases with severe deficits,5 cases with moderate disability, 5 cases got a good recovery. The operative treatment was performed in 2 cases,all of them died.Conclusion]The clinical findings do not totally coinside with the imaging display of DAI. Combining with clinical findings and CT scanning, the diagnosis of DAI can be made. The treatment of DAI is comprehensive.
