| 摘 要： | 目的 检测 p16、p5 3突变蛋白在胃癌和胃黏膜癌前病变中的表达 ,探讨抑癌基因与胃癌的关系以及在胃癌早期诊断中的意义。方法 采用免疫组织化学链霉素抗生物素蛋白—过氧化物酶 (SP)法。结果 p16、p5 3蛋白在胃癌与胃黏膜癌前病变之间的表达差异有显著性。结论 p16蛋白缺失和 p5 3蛋白突变与细胞异型性和生物学行为改变有密切关系

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the expression of p16 and p53 mutation proteins in gastric cancer,gastric mucous membrane precancerous lesions,and to investigate the significance of p16 and p53 expression in gastric carcinogenesis and its early diagnosis.Method Immunohistochemical SP method was used in this study.Result Remarkable difference in p16 and p53 expression was found between gastric cancer and precancerous lesions.Conclusion p16 deletion and p53 mutation has a close relation to cellular heteromorphism and biological behavior changes. |
