支气管动脉造影对肺癌分期和切除可能性的评价

为评价选择性支气管动脉造影(SBAG)在肺癌分期和估价切除可能性中的价值,对54例原发性肺癌进行治疗性SBAG.SBAG显示22例中心型肺癌中21例和32例周围型肺癌中29例原发肿瘤(T)大小。其估价肺门和纵隔的阳性例分别为11例和8例。阴性分别为13例和19例,假阳性分别为3例和1例。假阴性分别为1例和0例。术前SBAG正确提示9例不能切除肿瘤中的8例。治疗性SBAG对于肺癌的评价和治疗是有益的。可以作为评价肺癌的一种补充方法。

Bronchial Arteriography in the Staging and Evaluation of Resectability of Lung Carcinoma

In order to evaluate the value of selective bronchial arteriography(SBAG) in staging and resectability of lung carcinoma, therapeutic SBAG was performed in 54 cases with primary lung cancer. SBAG was successful in 21 of 22 cases in Outlining the primary tumor(T) of the central type of lung cancer, and in 29 of 32 in the peripheral type. In the evaluation of the metastases of hilar lymph nodes(N1) and mediastinal lymph nodes(N2), a positive of 11 cases for N1 and 8 for N2 was achieved, with a negative of 13 and 19, a false positive of 3 and 1, and a false negative of 1 and 0 for N1 and N2, respectively. The preoperative SBAG had correctly suggested the nonrcsectability of lung cancer on 8 of 9 cases, as confirmed by operation and pathology. Therapeutic SBAG is helpful to the evaluation and the treatment of this cancer, which can be used as a complementary method in the evaluation of this carcinoma.
