| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胃大部切除术后功能性排空障碍的治疗措施。方法采用非手术方法保守治疗：禁饮食，持续有效的胃肠碱压；静脉输液，维持水电解质平衡，补充微量元素；加强营养支持，药物治疗。结果13例均经保守治疗而愈。结论对该症的治疗应采取综合措施，保守治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the treatment of the functional disorder gastric emptying after subtotal- gastrectomy. Methods It was adoped non-operative,fasting and constantly effective gastrointestinal decompression,intravenous drip,kept the balance of water-electrolyte,supplied the mirco-element and nutritional support. Results 13 patients were all cured with conservative treatment. Conclusion Patients with functional disorder gastric emptying must be treated by combined therapy and conservative treatment. |
