中医辨证思维之病性分析

病性是中医对患者病理状态的总特质的判断,中医辨证中病性分析的过程,即是对临床资料进行分析,寻找与病性有相关联系的临床资料,然后运用八纲、气血津液、六淫等纲领进行归纳概括的过程。传统中医对病性的认识名目繁多,一般用寒、热、虚、实、阴、阳加以概括,但由于病性之间的夹杂,有些难以用阴阳说明,因此可将病性概括为寒、热、虚、实、阻滞、滑泄六个方面加以认识。

TCM Pattern Differentiation Thoughts-Analysis of nature

TCM nature of disease is an analysis of pathological state,which is summarization of clinical data with eight principles,Qi,blood,and body fluid as well as six evils.In TCM history,heat,cold,deficiency,excess,yin and yang have been used to describe the nature of diseases.It＇s hard to describe the nature of disease with combination patterns with Yin and Yang,so stagnation and diarrhea are used instead of Yin and Yang.
