| 摘 要： | 目的评价多西他赛（希存,DOC）联合顺铂（DDP）、氟尿嘧啶（5-Fu）治疗晚期远处转移鼻咽癌的初步疗效及其毒副反应。方法治疗晚期远处转移鼻咽癌患者32例,给予DOC 75 mg/m2及DDP 75 mg/m2静脉滴注,第1天;5-Fu 500 mg/m2,第1～5天持续静脉灌注;每3周为1周期,所有患者均治疗2～4周期,观察毒副反应并评价化疗疗效。结果CR 5例（15.6%）,PR 18例（56.3%）,SD 7例（21.9%）,PD 2例（6.3%）。总有效率72.0%。该方案最主要的毒副反应为骨髓抑制,Ⅲ～Ⅳ度粒细胞减少占68.8%;Ⅱ～Ⅲ度血小板下降占50.0%,其余毒副反应则可以耐受。结论多西他赛（希存）联合顺铂、氟尿嘧啶治疗晚期远处转移鼻咽癌的近期临床疗效较好,毒副反应可以耐受,值得临床推广。
