| 摘 要： | 目的:观察经尿道电切术联合吡柔比星(pirarubicin,THP)膀胱灌注治疗腺性膀胱炎的疗效。方法:对22例经膀胱镜及病理检查确诊的腺性膀胱炎患者经尿道电切加术后吡柔比星膀胱灌注治疗。结果:22例均随访6~32个月,18例临床治愈,3例好转,1例复发经再次电切及吡柔比星膀胱灌注后治愈,无恶变病例。结论:经尿道电切术联合吡柔比星治疗腺性膀胱炎是一种有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the efficacy of intravesical instillation of pirarubicin(THP) combined with transurethral electrovaporization in the treatment of glandular cystitis.Methods:Twenty-two cases of glandular cystitis were diagnosed by cystoscopy and pathological examination and treated with transurethral resection and bladder instillation of pirarubicin.Results:The follow up ranged from 12 to 36 months with mean of 14 months.Of all 22 cases,18 cases were fully cured with transitional cell covering the surfa... |
