| 摘 要： | 目的重组的PrP102 242在COS 1细胞中的稳定表达以及表达产物的检测。方法重组表达载体pCI PrP102 242转染COS 1细胞后，经不同浓度的G418筛选后获得稳定的细胞系，然后用间接免疫荧光、间接ELISA和Western blot检测目的蛋白的表达。结果间接免疫荧光、间接ELISA和Western blot检测到目的蛋白在COS 1细胞中的表达。结论目的蛋白PrP102 242在COS-1细胞中的成功表达为下一步研究PrPc的结构和功能奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | To detect the expression of product of recombinant protein PrP102-242 in COS-1 cells,purified recombinant protein of PrP102-242 were transfected into COS-1 cells,to obtain stable cell lines using different concentration of G418.After that,the expression of recombinant protein PrP102-242 in COS-1 were detected by using indirect immunity fluorescence assay（in-IFA）,indirect enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（in-ELISA）and Western blot assay.The result showed that expression of pCIp264 in COS-1 were detected by using in-ELISA,IFA and Western blot. |
