| 摘 要： | 目的比较锁骨钩钢板与克氏针张力带治疗肩锁关节脱位和锁骨远端骨折的疗效。方法回顾分析2006至2009年31例锁骨远端骨折患者,12例采用克氏针张力带内固定（A组）19例采用锁骨钩钢板（B组）,比较2组骨折愈合情况。结果早期肩关节功能的恢复及并发症结果 A组有3例骨不愈合。B组完全愈合。Apley＇s评分A组（3.9±0.8）,B组（4.4±0.5）（P〈0.05）。结论针对肩锁关节脱位和锁骨远端骨折,与传统治疗方法克氏针张力带相比较锁骨钩钢板内固定更加牢固,能有效地恢复肩锁关节的解剖关系,并发症少。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare Curative Effect Comparison on Clavicular Hook Plat e and Kirschner Wire Fixation Treating with t he Clavicle distal Fracture.Methods Since June 2003 to June 2008,with Kirschner wire and clavicular hook plate fixation for treatment accompanied the 31 cases of clavicular Clavicle distal Fracture fracture were retrospectively analyzed.12 of those suffered operation with Kirschner Wire Fixation（Group A）,The other 19 cases with Kirschner Wire Fixation（Group B）.Bone healing and joint function of two groups wereresearched.Results 3 cases were with bone nonunion in Group A,no case with bone nonunion in Group B.Group B had higher Aplley＇s score （4.4±0.5） than Group A （3.9±0.8） （P0.05）3 month after operation.Conclusion Fixations with Clavicular Hook Plat for Clavicle distal Fracture have stronger fastness,more satisfactory curative effect,lessComplications than Kirschner Wire Fixation. |
