参附强心丸对慢性心力衰竭神经内分泌及相关因子的调节作用

目的：观察泻肺逐水方配合胸腔内化疗对肺癌胸腔积液患者胸水及生活质量的影响。方法：将60例入选病例，分为治疗组（n=29）和对照组（n=31），对照组用单纯胸腔内化疗，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上配合泻肺逐水方口服，疗程4周，观察治疗前后胸水变化、主要症状情况、卡氏评分（KPS评分）及不良反应。结果：两组胸水近期疗效比较，治疗组总有效率为65.5%，对照组总有效率为38.7%，治疗组总有效率优于对照组（P<0.05）；4个中医证型的胸水近期疗效组间比较，肺郁痰瘀证患者对照组有效率明显高于对照组（P<0.05）；两组治疗后均能改善胸痛、气促、咳嗽等症，治疗组在减轻气促、咳嗽症状方面明显优于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗组卡氏评分改善，不良反应少于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：泻肺逐水方配合胸腔内灌注化疗对于肺郁痰瘀型患者可更有效地控制胸水，减轻临床症状，改善生活质量及减少不良反应。

Regulating Effect of Shenfu Qiangxin Pills on Neural Endocrine and Related Factors of Chronic Heart Failure

Objective: To observe effects of Xiefei Zhushui fang combined with intrathoracic chemotherapy on pleural effusion and quality of life in patients with lung cancer and pleural effusion. Method: Sixty patients enrolled patients were divided into treatment group (n=29) and control group (n=31). The control group was treated intrathoracic chemotherapy alone, the treatment group received Xiefei Zhushui fang based on control group treatment. Treatment process lasted four weeks pleural changes,the main symptoms of the situation, Karnofsky score (KPS score) and adverse reactions were observed before and after treatment. Result: Compared with the recent curative effect of pleural effusion in two groups, the total effective rate of treatment group was 65.5%.In the control group, the total effective rate was 38.7%. Total efficiency of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). Compared with the recent curative effect of pleural effusion in four traditional Chinese medicine syndromes, pleural effusion efficiency in patients with pulmonary depression and phlegm haemostasis type was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05);chest pain, shortness of breath, cough embolism can be improved after treatment in two groups, the treatment group was better than the control group in reducing shortness of breath, coughing symptoms (P<0.05);Karnofsky score improved in, adverse reactions in treatment group was less than the control group's (P<0.05). Conclusion: The Xiefei Zhushui fang combination with intrathoracic chemotherapy can more effectively control pleural effusion in patients with pulmonary depression and phlegm haemostasis type, reduce symptoms, improve the patient's quality of life and reduce adverse reactions.
