摘    要:目的:建立电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法同时测定红花、藏红花中Li,Be,V,Cr,Mn,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,Ga,As,Sr,Mo,Pb,Ag,Cd,In,Cs,Ba,Hg,Tl,Bi等22种微量元素含量的快速分析方法。方法:采用微波消解法处理样品,电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定元素。结果:各元素回归方程相关系数均>0.99;加样回收率为85.9%~107.2%。经检测,Ni,Zn,Ag元素在藏红花中的含量较高,其余19种元素在红花中含量较高。结论:该法灵敏度高、准确性好,能多元素同时检测,为中药红花、藏红花药材的有效性、安全性评价及质量标准制订提供实验依据。

Abstract:Objective: To establish a rapid method for the determination of the content of 22 trace elements including Li,Be,V,Cr,Mn,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,Ga,As,Sr,Mo,Pb,Ag,Cd,In,Cs,Ba,Hg,Tl,Bi in Carthami Flos and Crocus sativus by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectroscopy (ICP-MS). Method: The samples were analyzed by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectroscopy. Result: The correlation coefficient values of regression equation were over 0.99.The method exhibited a spike recovery range of 83.2%-107.2%. Through detection, C. sativus contained higher levels of Ni,Zn,Ag and less content of the other 19 trace elements than Carthami Flos. Conclusion: This determination method provided a high sensitive and accurate way to determine trace elements and a scientific reference for the quality analysis, safety assessment and quality standard establishment of Carthami Flos and C. sativus.
