银杏叶片薄膜包衣的生产工艺研究

摘    要: 目的提高包衣片的稳定性,同时优化选择包衣的生产工艺条件。方法通过崩解、耐温湿实验比较薄膜包衣及糖衣对银杏叶片理化性质的影响,通过正交实验摸索出薄膜包衣的最佳工艺条件。结果薄膜包衣可提高银杏叶片的储存期稳定性,在优选的工艺条件下生产的银杏叶片各项质量指标均合格。结论银杏叶片可采用薄膜包衣。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To improve the stability of the film coated tablets and optimize the condition of the film coating process.METHODS By the disintegration test,the high temperature resistance test and the high wet resistance test,the physical and chemical characters of the film coated Yinxingye tablets were compared.The best film coating process was selected by orthogonal test.RESULTS The stability of Yinxingye tablets was improved by film coating process when it was stored,and all the quality inspections of Yinxingye tablets produced in the best production condition were eligible.CONCLUSION The film coating process can be used in the production of Yinxingye tablets.
