三七总皂苷对内毒素休克大鼠血清肌钙蛋白的影响

摘    要:目的观察三七总皂苷对内毒素休克大鼠血清肌钙蛋白(cTnI)的影响。方法将清洁级健康SD大鼠120只,随机分为生理盐水(NS)组、内毒素(LPS)组、三七总皂苷(RNS)小剂量组、RNS大剂量组,每组30只。按上述顺序分别予NS、NS、RNS小剂量液、RNS大剂量液各1ml腹腔注射,每天1次,连用3天,于最后1次注射后1小时分别麻醉,以NS0.4ml对NS组进行尾静脉注射,并以LPS对其余3组进行尾静脉注射,于注射后30min、90min、2h、4h、6h各时间点每组随机取6只大鼠心脏取血测血清肌钙蛋白。结果内毒素注射30min时,各组cTnI均无明显升高。以后各时间点cTnI逐渐升高,与对照组比较,其余3组cTnI均明显增高(P〈0.01),且LPS组明显高于RNS小、大剂量组(P〈0.01)。结论RNS可明显减轻内毒素所致心肌损伤。

Observe the Effects of Total Saponins of Radix Notoginseng (RNS) on Serum Cardiac Troponin I in Endotoxic Shock Rats
Abstract:Object i ve To observe the effects of total Saponins of Radix Notoginseng (RNS) on serum cardiac troponin I in endotoxic shock rats. Methods 120 clean and healthy SD rats were randomly divided into normal saline (NS) group, endotoxin(LPS) group, RNS low-dose group, RNS high-dose group, 30 in each group.According to the above-mentioned order, We respectively give normal saline solution, normal saline solution, RNS low-dose of liquid, RNS high-dose of liquid intraperitoneal injection lml the liquid, once a day, continued use of a three-day.One hour after the last injection, separately nesthesiax 0.4 ml normal saline to saline group and endotoxin to the remaining 3 groups tail vein injection.After injection, each group 6 rats were randomly taken blood serum cardiac troponin.at 30 min, 90min, 2h, 4h, 6 h different time points. Result Endotoxininjection 90rain, 2h, 4h, 6h, gradually increased each group serum cardiac troponin compared with the normal saline group was significantly higher(P〈0.01), and LPS was significantly higher than that of PNS size of the dose(P〈0.01).Conc I us ion RNS could significantly reduce the endotoxin on myocardial injury.
