| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨经尿道前列腺气化电切术治疗良性前列腺增生症的临床价值。方法：采用经尿道前列腺气化电切术治疗前列腺增生患者103例。结果：疗效满意，术后3个月随访，平均国际前列腺症状评分从23分降至8．5分，最大尿流率从7ml／s升至20ml／s，剩余尿量从191ml下降至29．5ml。结论：经尿道前列腺气化电切术是安全性高，并发症少，疗效确切的手术方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate transurethral electrovaporization in benign prostatic hypertrophy. Method:Clinical data of 103 cases of patients with BPH treated with only transurethral electrovaporization. Results: The general results were satisgactory. Followed up for 3 months ,the average of IPSS were decreased from 23 to 8.5, Qmax increased for 7ml/s to 20ml/s, PRV decreased 191ml to 29.5ml. Conclusion: Our results showed that the transurethral electrovaporization was a safe and effective method for patients with BPH. |
