带蒂皮瓣移植术围手术期的观察及护理

目的加强带蒂皮瓣移植术围手术期的观察及护理,提高皮瓣成活率。方法加强业务学习,更新知识储备,做好术前护理、术后密切观察病情,特别强调做好体位护理,降低护理并发症,提高手术成功率。结果科内护理人员形成良好的学习氛围,专科知识得到较大提高,能够正确做好术前准备和术后护理,患者能积极配合治疗,移植皮瓣全部成活,无并发症发生。结论带蒂皮瓣移植术后,护理工作很关键,是手术成功与否的决定因素之一。

The observation and the care of pedicled flap transplantation at perioperative period

Objective To enhance the observation and the care of pedicled flap transplantation at perioperative period in order to improve the flap survival rate.Methods We strengthened the Vocational study,updated our knowledge reserves and did a good job in preoperative care,observed the patients closely after surgery.We particular emphasised on body care to reduce the care of complications and improve the success rate of surgery.Results The nurses formed a good learning atmosphere and their specialist knowledge were enhanced.They could do a good job in the correct preoperative preparation and postoperative care.The patients cooperated actively and the pedicled flap survived without complications.Conclusion The care is a key and one determining factor in the success of the pedicled flap transplantation.
