广西农村急诊伤害的流行病学特征分析

目的了解农村急诊伤害发生的特点和规律，为伤害的预防与控制提供科学依据。方法采取分层随机整群抽样，抽取广西临桂县2所乡镇卫生院，并将于2007年1—6月在急诊科就诊的所有伤害患者作为研究对象，进行问卷调查。结果共调查1361名伤害患者，其中男性875名（64．29％），女性486名（35．71％）。性别比1．8：1；平均年龄为（28．7±11．6）岁；伤害多发生于在家中和工作场所，占57．24％，时间呈现出两个高峰，分别为11：00-13：00和17：00～18：00；前5位伤害类型的构成比依次为：碰伤（28．36％）、跌伤（27．55％）、刀割伤（12．78％）、交通伤（7．49％）和中毒（6．69％）；对受伤原因、部位、性质等问题也进行了分析。结论农村居民面临伤害的严峻挑战，应积极采取综合防范措施，减少伤害的发生。

Analysis of epidemiological features of rural injury in Guangxi

Objective To understand the characteristics of injuries in patient visited in emergency department in hospital and provide the basis for evidence- based strategic planning and evaluation in injury prevention and control. Methods Two hospitals were sampled by stratified sampling, and all injured patients attended at the 2 hospitals from January 2007 to June 2007 was analyzed. Results Totally 1361 injured patients were collected. The ratio of male to female was 1.8：1. and mainly concentrated at 11：00 - 13：00 pm and 17：00- 18：00 pm; Five kinds of injuries took the leading place： injuries from bumps（28.36%）,falls（27.55%）, knife - cutting （ 12.78 % ）, transportation injury（7.49 % ） and poisoning （6.69 % ）. The causes, times, parts of the bodies and the nature of injuries were analyzed. Conclusion the challenge of accidental injuries among country dweller was although serious but avoidable. Comprehensive preventive measures should be take actively and effectively.
