甲亢患者的网织血小板测定

目的　观察甲亢患者及治疗后血小板计数 (Plt)、平均血小板体积 (MPV)和网织血小板百分率 (RP % )的变化。方法　采用噻唑橙染色 ,流式细胞仪检测 8例甲亢患者治疗前后和 13例正常人的RP %。结果　甲亢组RP % ( 3.0± 2 .4 ) % ]明显高于治疗组 ( 0 .8± 0 7) % ]和正常组 ( 0 .7± 0 .6 ) % ],有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;Plt和MPV治疗前后无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论　RP %反映甲亢患者血小板生成活性 ,能作为甲亢疗效检测的辅助指标。

Measurement of reticulated platelets in hyperthyroidism

Objective It is to observe the changes of platelets counts, mean platelet volumes and reticulated platelets percentage in hyperthyroid after treatment. Methods Reticulated platelets percentage in eight hyperthyroid and thirteen normal individuals were detected with fluorent dye thizole orange, flow cytometry. Results The reticulated platelets percentage in hyperthyroidism group (3.0±2.4)%] was obvious higher than that in treatment group (0.8±0.7)%] and normal group (0.7±0.6)%], there was significant difference ( P <0.05). But platelets counts, mean platelet volumes after treatment had no obvious difference from that before treatment ( P >0.05). Conclusion The reticulated platelets percentage can reflex the thrombopoiesis activity of hyperthyroidism patients and can be regarded as an accessorial index to detect the curative effect in treatment of hyperthyroidism.
