通心络胶囊对老年脑梗死恢复期患者日常生活活动能力及神经功能缺损的影响

目的观察通心络胶囊对老年脑梗死恢复期患者日常生活活动能力以及神经功能缺损的影响。方法将老年脑梗死恢复期住院患者102例随机分为2组。对照组51例入院后西医常规方法给予对症和康复治疗,治疗组51例加用通心络胶囊治疗。2组均15日为1个疗程,2个疗程统计疗效。治疗前后进行相应神经功能缺损评定及日常生活活动能力评定,并进行临床疗效评定。结果治疗组总有效率为96.08%,对照组总有效率为82.36%,2组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组基本痊愈 显著进步率为80.39%,对照组基本痊愈 显著进步率为60.79%,2组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗前后神经功能缺损评分和日常生活活动能力评定比较以及治疗后与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论通心络胶囊能够显著改善神经功能缺损,提高日常生活活动能力,并能显著提高临床疗效,提示通心络胶囊对老年脑梗死恢复期具有较好的治疗及康复作用。

Effect of Tongxinluo capsule on ability of activities of daily living of old reconvalescent with cerebral infarction

Objective To evaluate the effect of Tongxinluo capsule on ability of activities of daily living and neurologic impairment of old reconvalescent with cerebral infarction. Methods 102 old reconvalescent with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in control group (n=51) were treated by routine western medicine combined with and rehabilitative treatment. Patients in treatment group (n=51) were treated by combination of routine western medicine, rehabilitative treatment and Tonxinluo capsule. The course was 15 days in both groups. Neurologic impairment and ability of activities of daily living were evaluated Before and after treatment of two courses. Results The total effective rate in treatment group (96.08%) was not superior to that in control group in improvement of ECG (82.36%, P>0.05). Basic healing rate plus significant improvement rate (80.39%)was superior to that in control group (60.79%, P<0.05). There were significant differences between before and after treatment on evaluation of neurologic impairment and ability of activities of daily living in treatment group. Improvement of neurologic impairment and ability of activities of daily living in treatment group was superior to that in control group after treatment (P<0.01). Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule can effectively improve neurologic impairment and ability of activities of daily living. It has a good effect and rehabilitative action on old reconvalescent with cerebral infarction.
