| 摘 要： | 目的：观察滋平丸治疗轻度到中度原发性高血压的疗效.方法：将入选患者120例随机分为治疗组（滋平丸组,80例）和对照组（尼群地平组,40例）,观察两组治疗前后的血压、心率、血脂及主要临床体征、症状的变化.结果：两组患者收缩压、舒张压均比服药前明显下降（P＜0.01）,对照组降压疗效优于治疗组（P＜0.01）.而在症状积分改善、降低血脂方面,治疗组均明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）,且副反应也低于对照组.结论：滋平丸是一种安全和有效的治疗轻到中度原发性高血压的药物.

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the curative effect of Ziping Pills in treatment of mild to moderate hypertension patients. Methods:120 cases of enrolled patients were randomly divided into control group(Nitriendipine)and treatment group(Ziping Pills).Blood pressure, heart rate, blood lipid and main symptoms in both groups were observed before and after treatment. Results:SBP and DBP notably descended after treatment in both groups(P<0.01),and the therapeutic effect of control group was superior to that of treatment group(P<0.01).Control group was superior to treatment group in improving symptoms,reducing blood lipid and side effects (P<0.05).Conclusion: Ziping Pills was a safe and efficient drug in treatment of mild to moderate hypertension patients. |
