| 摘 要： | 为了选拔高素质的医学研究人才，引导医学本科教育，文章强调了医学研究生招生复试中临床技能操作等专业素质方面考核的重要性和实施过程中遇到的问题。面对诸多问题，进而把“医学教育现代化模拟实验室”应用在研究生招生复试中，并取得了很好的效果。

| Abstract: | This paper emphasizes the importance and problems of postgraduate reexamination in clinical skills in order to select higher level medical advanced students and guide medical undergraduate education. Facing many problems, the authors have applied the medical education modern simulation laboratory in postgraduate reexamination and acquired good results. |
