加替沙星治疗细菌性感染的对照研究

目的:评价加替沙星治疗细菌性感染的临床疗效与安全性。方法:以盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液为对照药,治疗细菌性感染40例,其中试验组20例,对照组20例。结果:两组的总有效率分别为94.74％与90％,细菌清除率分别为94.12％和89.47％,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。MTC结果提示加替沙星对革兰阳性球菌及大多数革兰阴性菌具有良好的体外抗菌活性。试验组与对照组不良事件发生率分别为10％与20％,两组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),未见光敏反应及其他严重不良反应。结论:国产加替沙星氯化钠注射液抗菌谱广、抗菌活性强,治疗各种敏感菌所致的急性感染安全、有效。

Clinical trial of gatifloxacin in the treatment of bacterial infections.

Objective: To evaluate the safety and efficacy of domestic gatifloxacin in the treatment of acute bacterial infections. Methods: A total of 40 patients were treated in this trial. 20 patients enrolled in gatifloxacin group, 20 patients enrolled in levofloxacin group. Results: The overall efficacy rate and cure rate in trial and control group were 94.74% and 90% respectively. The bacterial clearance rates were 94. 12% and 89.47% respectively in two groups. There were no statistical significant differences of the above results between the two groups. MIC values of gatifloxacin had good activities against gram - positive and many gram - negative organisms. The adverse drug raection rates were 10% and 20% in gatifloxacin and levofloxacin group respectively. There were no photosensitivity and other serious adverse effective. Conclusion: The results suggeste that gatifloxacin is an effective and safe new quinolone in treatment of acute bacterial infections.
