益肾活血汤联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效观察

目的探讨益肾活血汤联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)的疗效。方法选取2008年1月～2009年1月间在我院治疗的KOA患者84例随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予玻璃酸钠治疗,观察组同时联合益肾活血汤治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果两组患者治疗后膝关节疼痛程度和日常动作能力评分均较治疗前改善,两者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后膝关节疼痛程度和日常动作能力评分较对照组改善更为明显,两者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为92.86%,对照组为73.81%,两者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗过程中观察组仅2例出现轻度恶心、呕吐,未经特殊处理缓解。结论益肾活血汤联合玻璃酸钠治疗KOA效果明确,副作用少,值得应用。

Observation on Curative Effect of Tonifying Kidney and Promoting Blood Flow Soup Conmbined with Sodium Hyaluronate in Treating Knee Joint Osteoarthritis

Objective To invesgate the curative effect of tonifying kidney and promoting blood flow soup conmbined with sodium hyaluronate in treating knee joint osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods 84 cases with KOA were divieded into the observation group and the control group,in which the patients in control group received the treatment of sodium hyaluronate and the patients in observation group received the treatment of tonifying kidney and promoting blood flow soup conmbined with sodium hyaluronate.The curative effects were observed.Results The pain degree of knee joint and daily motor behavior scores in two group after treatment improved more than those before treatment,and there was significant difference between two groups(P <0.05).The pain degree of knee joint and daily motor behavior scores in observation group improved more than those in control group,and there was significant difference between two groups(P <0.05).The total effective rate was 92.86% in observation group and 73.81% in control group,and there was significant difference between two groups(P <0.05).The 2 cases were with light nausea,and released with on dealing.Conclusion The curative effect of tonifying kidney and promoting blood flow soup conmbined with sodium hyaluronate in treating knee joint osteoarthritis is obvious and the side effect is few,which is worthy of clinic use.
