摘    要:目的:研究柴胡、黄芩及其不同剂量比例(2∶1,1∶2,1∶1)配伍对正常及不同模型小鼠小肠推进功能的影响.方法:灌胃不同的药物后用吗啡、阿托品、新斯的明造模型,炭末法试验测量其推进长度,并计算百分率.结果:柴胡对正常小鼠、吗啡模型组及阿托品组小鼠的小肠推进功能均有促进作用,对新斯的明引起的小肠促进呈抑制作用;黄芩仅对正常及吗啡模型组小鼠有作用.结论:柴胡、黄芩配伍对不同状态小肠的推进功能有一定双向调节作用.

Abstract:Objective: To study the effect of Radix Bupleuri and Radix Scutellariae in compatibility ratio of different dosage by two to one, one to two, one to one on small intestine movement in normaol mice and different model mice. Methods: In the experiments,mouse models were duplicated by morphine,atropine and neostigmine respectively after they were given different medinces through gastric infusion.Then propulsion rates of mouse small intestine were calculated. Results: Radix Bupleuri could promote small intestinal propulsive function in the normal mice and mice duplicated by morphine and atropine(P<0.01),antagonize neostigmine induced intestine propagtion stimulation in mice; Radix Scutellariae has only effects on normal mice and mice duplicated by morphine(P<0.05,P<0.01). Conclusion: Radix Bupleuri and Radix Scutellariae in compatibility have dual directional regulating effect on intestine propagation and this could provide a pharmacodynamic basis for clinical therapy of the unnormal gastro intestinal function.
