Discussion on the Cultivation of Clinical Ability of Orthodontic Young Clinicians

Orthodontics is a discipline characterized by complicated theoretical system and strong practicalness. To strengthen the thinking and practical ability of young orthodontists is very important for the cultivation of creative young orthodontist. This article conducted a series of practice and exploration on the training mode of the comprehensive clinical skill of the young orthodontist, including grasping basic theory, basic skills and clinical thinking firmly, standardizing clinical ability training, paying more attention to evaluation in the protess of training, making extraordinary arrangement of rotation and increasing practice opportunities, so as to cultivate them into qualified or- thodontic clinicians.
