广西医疗卫生资源公平性现状评价

目的：对广西医疗卫生资源配置公平性现状进行评价。方法：使用洛伦茨曲线和基尼系数测算广西医疗卫生资源按人口及按地理面积配置的公平性。结果：卫生事业费和社区卫生服务中心按人口及地理面积配置的基尼系数处于0．4～0．6，其余类别医疗卫生资源集中于0．1～0-3。结论：（1）社区卫生服务中心和卫生事业费按人口及按地理面积配置的公平性较差，其余类别医疗卫生资源按人口及按地理面积配置的公平性较好；（2）除卫生院、妇幼保健和卫生事业费外，其余类别的医疗卫生资源按人口配置的公平性均比按地理面积配置的公平性好。

Evaluation of status quo of health resources equity in Guangxi province

Objective： To evaluate the equity of health resources allocation in Guangxi province. Metnotls： Lorenz curve and Gini coefficient were used to calculate the equality according to population and geographic areas. Results： Gini coefficient of health expenditure and community health service centers according to population and geographic area concentrated in 0.4-0.6. Other categories of medical and health resources concentrated in 0.1-0.3. Conclusion： The equity of allocation of community health service centers and health expenses according to the population and geographic distribution is poor. The equity of the other categories of medical and health resources according to the population distribution has better fairness. Apart from health centers, maternal and child health and health service fees, the equity of other medical and health resources allocation according to the population distribution is better than that according to the geographic distribution calculation.
