在大型综合医院开展临床流行病与统计学系列讲座的实践与探讨

大型综合医院具有丰富而庞大的病例资源的优势，医务人员的临床研究能力则决定着研究产出的质和量。因此需重视提高医务人员的临床研究能力。尝试将临床流行病学与统计学两大学科内容结合起来，开办系列讲座，即将研究设计与统计方法应用相结合，将统计方法与数据整理相结合，将统计分析方法与统计软件应用结合，内容贴近医务人员的应用需求；并采用经典案例和错误案例教学法以及实际研究案例教学法等，极大的激发了医务人员学习的主动性。此系列讲座可使医务人员在较短时间里加深对临床研究相关知识与技能的理解，提高综合应用能力，为今后更好的从事临床研究奠定了基础。

Practice and Exploration of Conducting a Series of Lectures on Clinical Epidemiology and Statistics in a Large General Hospital

One of advantages for large general hospitals is having abundant case resources. The abilities of medical personnel on car- rying out clinical research determine the quantity and quality of clinical research output. Therefore, it should be attached importance to im- proving the medical personnel＇ abilities of clinical research. By mixing the clinical epidemiology and statistics, a series of lectures were hold in a large general hospital. The content of the lectures based on demand from medical personnel and application of clinical research, com- bining design with data analysis, marrying data analysis methods with data management, and integrating analysis method application with statistic software operation. As for seminar style, case method was applied, including classic case method, error case method and practical case method, which activated the participant＇ s study interest and initiative. It was found that these series of lectures deepened their under- standing of knowledge on clinical research and promoted the skills of practical application in a relatively shorter time.
