骨科仿真教学软件在临床见习教学的应用

摘    要:目的探讨在骨科见习带教中应用骨科常见疾病理论知识与临床实践仿真互动教学软件教学的实施效果。方法选择进入临床见习阶段的7年制临床专业学生60人,按照是否使用软件进行教学分为研究组和对照组,比较两组的教学结果。结果使用教学软件组的理论和临床操作成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论该教学软件在骨科见习带教中的应用效果显著,可以提高临床骨科教学的教学质量。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of the simulation interactive educational software in the teaching of orthopedic novici- ate and the common theoretical knowledge. Methods 60 seven-years of students of clinic major who enter the process of clinical novieiate were chosen in this study, and they were randomly divided into two groups, and the teaching effectiveness was evaluated. Results The performance of students in educational software group was significantly better than the control group (P〈0.05), and had statistical signifi- cance. Conclusions The effect of the application of simulation interactive educational software is obvious excellent in orthopedic noviciate teaching and can improve the teaching quality.
