临床医务人员对病案服务的满意度调查分析

摘    要:目的了解现阶段某院临床医务人员对病案服务的满意度情况,并提出改进措施。方法采用问卷调查法,于2013年7月-8月对本院临床医务人员在日常的医疗活动中与病案服务关联度较高的几个方面进行满意度问卷调查,共发放问卷350份,回收有效问卷332份。结果病案服务的整体满意度较高,认为非常满意的占38.9%,病案服务效果获得了较好的评价。结论新形势下完善病案管理,提高病案服务水平可以从以下三个方面着手:提高临床医务人员的病案意识;转变被动服务模式,开发利用病案信息资源;提高病案管理人员的综合素质。

Abstract:Objective To understand the clinical medical personnel satisfaction on medical record service, and propose improvement measures. Methods Investigating several aspects which are higher correlation with medical record services in clinical medical personnel daily medical activities from July to August in 2013 in our hospital. A total of 350 questionnaires were distributed, and there were 332 valid questionnaires. Results Our overall satisfaction of medical service is high. Very satisfactory accounted for 38.9%. Medical record service effect evaluation is good. Conclusion We should to perfect medical record management and improve the level of service of the medical record in the new situation by raising medical personnel's medical record consciousness, changing passive model, utilizing medical record information resources, improving comprehensive quality of medical record management staff.
