综合指数评价法在中医院医疗服务质量评价中的应用

摘    要:目的综合评价我院2008年-2012年医疗服务质量,为医院科学发展提供决策依据。方法运用综合指数评价法分析我院5年的医疗服务质量。结果我院各项医疗服务指数逐年在提升。2012年与2008年相比,门急诊人次、出院人次、病房手人次增长幅度都很大,分别增长了99.44%、97.72%、80.72%。2012年比2008年的综合指数净增3.11点,工作量、工作效率、工作质量分别净增1.87、0.53、0.46个点。结论运用综合指数评价法评价中医院的医疗服务质量,数据直观,具有科学性、可行性。

Abstract:Objective To comprehensively evaluate medical service quality from 2008 to 2012. To provide decision basis for hospital scientific development. Methods Analyzing medical service quality using comprehensive index evaluation method in last five years. Re- suits The index of the medical services of our hospital is promoted year after year. The Outpatient person-time, discharges person-time, ward person-time have great growth, increased by 99.44%, 97.72% and 80.72% respectively, comprehensive index have a net increase of 3.11 in 2012 than 2008. Workload and work efficiency and work quality increased by 1.87,0.53,0.46 respectively. Conclusion Using thecomprehensive index evaluation method to evaluate traditional Chinese medical service quality, data intuitive, has the scientific nature and feasibility.
