| 摘 要： | 目的观察中频电中药透人治疗周围性面神经麻痹的临床疗效。方法选择周围性面神经麻痹患者114例随机分为2组，治疗组62例采用中频电中药透入治疗，对照组52例采用针刺治疗。结果治疗2个疗程后，Sunnybrook神经功能评分2组均较治疗前明显增加（P0．05）。2组比较，治疗组增加幅度高于对照组（P〈0．01）；总有效率分别为96．77％和82．69％。2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论中频电中药透人对治疗周围性面神经麻痹有较好疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of Chinese medicine in permeating with intermediate frequency electric current in the treatment of peripheral facial neuroparalysis. Methods 114 cases with peripheral facial neuroparalysis were divided into the experimental group and the control group. The patients in the experimental group （62 cases） were treated with Chinese medicine permeated with intermediate frequency electric current, the controls （52 cases） were treated with acupuncture only. Results After two courses of treatment, the neurological assessment of Sunnybrook Facial Neve Grading System in two groups revealed improvement（P〈0.05）. The improved rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the controls group（P〈0.01）. The total improved rate were 96.77% and 82.69% respectively in the experimental group and the controls. There was a significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Chinese medicine permeated with intermediate frequency electric current is quite effective in treating peripheral facial neuroparalysis. |
