我院住院病人2010~2012年质子泵抑制剂应用分析

目的：评价我院住院病人质子泵抑制剂（proton pump inhibitors,PPIs）的应用情况及趋势。方法：对我院住院病人2010-2012年PPIs的销售金额、用药频度（DDDs）及日均费用（DDC）等进行回顾性分析。结果：从PPIs的销售金额构成比来看,泮托拉唑注射剂所占比例最大,每年均在40%以上。从单品种药物来看,3年总销售金额前3位排序是泮托拉唑、奥美拉唑、埃索美拉唑注射剂。各品种使用频度略有更替,但变化不大。结论：我院住院病人PPIs的应用基本合理,但仍存在一些不合理的用药现象。

Analysis of the Utilization of Proton Pump Inhibitors in the Inpatients of Our Hospital from 2010 to 2012

Objective： To investigate the application tendency of proton pump inhibitors（PPIs） in the inpatients of our hospital. Methods： The utilization of PPIs in the inpatients of our hospital from 2010 to 2012 was analyzed retro-spectively in respect of consumption sum, DDDs and DDC, etc. Results： Panto- prazole injection took the biggest proportion in term of constituent ratio of consumption sum, at least 40% every year. Pantoprazole, omeprazole and esomeprazole injection got the first 3 places in respect of total consumption sum of 3 years. All varieties with slight frequency changes, but were changed slightly. Con- clusion： The use of PPIs in the inpatients of our hospital was reasonable on the whole, but there were some phenomena of irrational drug use.
