甲状旁腺病变的超声表现及误诊分析

摘    要:目的探讨甲状旁腺病变的超声表现,提高甲状旁腺疾病的诊断率。方法回顾性分析经手术和病理证实的甲状旁腺病变34例,其中甲状旁腺腺瘤28例,甲状旁腺囊肿2例,甲状旁腺增生2例,甲状旁腺癌2例。所有患者资料均包括术前甲状腺超声检查,分析其超声报告及印象诊断,对比其结果与术后病理分析,评估超声检查甲状旁腺病变的正确率和误诊率,并分析原因。结果34例甲状旁腺病变中,术前超声诊断与术后病理诊断对比,超声诊断正确率为83_3%,误诊率:11.8%。结论超声检查对甲状旁腺病变的早期诊断具有一定的临床价值,但存在一定的误诊率需引起超声及临床医师的关注。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the sonographic features of parathyroid lesions, improve the diagnostic rate of parathyroid lesions. Methods In this study 34 cases with parathyroid lesions were retrospectively analyzed ,which also confirmed by operation and pathology, and including 28 cases of parathyroid adenoma, 2 cases of parathyroid cyst, 2 cases of parathyroid hyperplasia, 2 cases of parathyroid carci- noma. All data were included in the preoperative real-time ultrasonography of the thyroid. Analyzing the ultrasound reports and impression of the diagnosis, comparing to its findings with postoperative pathologic analysis report, assessing the correct rate of the ultrasound of parathyroid lesions and the rate of misdiagnosis, and analyzing the causes. Results 34 cases of parathyroid disease, which all received the preoperative diagnosis and postoperative pathological diagnosis, in contrast ultrasound diagnostic accuracy rate was 83.3%, the rate of misdi- agnosis was 11.8%. Conclusion Ultrasound examination in early diagnosis of parathyroid lesions is of certain clinical value, but there are some misdiagnosis rate needs to cause attention of ultrasound doctors and clinicians.
