| 摘 要： | 目的：观察南京地区某医院空气中的真菌种类、数量及其季节消长。方法：应用曝皿和曝片方法进行全年调查。结果：曝皿调查收集到真菌菌落５３５个，鉴定为１５个属种；曝片调查共收集到各类真菌孢子６５３３个，共２３个属种。结论：优势真菌中以交链孢霉、黑粉菌、小球腔菌、芽枝菌、毛霉、镰刀霉、酵母菌、曲霉等数量较多，且大多数均有明显的季节性，高峰期多数在５月～１１月。

| Abstract: | bjective:To investigate the types and the amount of the fungi present in air indoor and outdoor of a hospital in different seasons in Nanjing.Method:A whole-year survey was performed with the dish-exposure and the slide-exposure. Result:Fifteen species of fungi were isolated with the dish-exposure and twenty-three genera of spores of fungi were collected with the slide-exposure.Conclusion:The frequent fungi include Alternaria,Ustilaginales,Leptosphaeria,Cladosporium,Mucor,Fusarium,Saccharomyces and Aspergillus .The spread of the spores of prodominant fungi is obviously seasonal.Their peak levels range from May to November. |
